Under SERVER_URL_LIST I added several servers and also duplicate server names with different ports. (example, server1.blah.com:9443/jazz, server1.blah.com:9446/jazz.)

We support multiple organizations and some are on the same server.  However, when we gather and analyze the data it groups by server only so the 2 entries above are combined.

Is there a way to separate them by port as well or is the purpose of JazzMon to monitor at the server level only?

you probably should run two instances with different directories, instead of one instance if you want the data separated.
