Developer for Workgroups Starter Pack (RTC) - possible to use with 3.0?

Hi,

I have one question on the starter pack: The RTC Developer starter pack for Workgroups (https://jazz.net/library/article/825/) is available since RTC version 4.0 - is it possible to use the starter pack with 3.0, too?

It only has a 4.0 license key so it won’t run on an RTC 3.x server. Only way to use 3.x somehow is 4.x server + 3.x client. So the answer is to use strter pack you have to upgrade server to 4.x first.
