Error while executing the Jython scripts on WAS 8.0.0.3

I get this error while setting up my CLM 4.0 using Jython scripts on WAS 8.0.0.3

"ADMA5026E: No valid target is specified in ObjectName WebSphere:cell=rationalserverNode01Cell,node=server1,server=rationalserverNode01 for module jts.war+WEB-INF/web.xml."

Any suggestions ?
