NEW_WI_COUNT timestamp

I noticed that the timestamps for the each of the daily entries in NEW_WI_COUNT in the RTC 2.0.0.2 Data Warehouse say 8PM.

Is there a way to change when entries are added to NEW_WI_COUNT?

It is not possible. The 8PM value is probably due to timezone difference between the client and the server.
