Where can one find out what the plans are for integrating RTC and
BuildForge.

Also, I think we can use the Build Toolkit for what we need to implement
build support, but I'm curious if there's currently any plans to provide
the equivalent function of the build toolkit through a command line
interface like the scmtool.

We did want to provide a command line, but it did not make it for 1.0.
