This indicates that there was a problem using the query index. This can happen if you copy the wrong indices folder or there is a mismatch between the database and the index. To resolve the issue, run repotools-jts -reindex to rebuild the indices from scratch. Note that if you have an RM server, this may take some time (depending on how much data you have). If you don't use RM then it should be fast.
