How to customize the email template sent to new RTC users

When you add new users to RTC how do you customize the email invitation text template without just over typing the box that appears.

 The email is customizable as of 4.0.1.  The Email Template is available in the Web UI for the project area editor  under Team Invitation -> Email Template.

+1. Good question. I'd also like to customize the email sent when a password is reset.
