trying to add a comment to an RTC enhancement request. received:
"Missing required license. An error response was received from the Jazz Team Sever. Status=400. Message: Failure to checkout 5 token(s).

I've verified that I'm properly logged in. has my login changed status or have I only been able to do this in the past in my dreams?

There were some issues with licensing after we upgraded to 4.0.RC0, but
those issues should be resolved, so I'd suggest trying again.
