Difficulty encountered when deploying RTC

Hello all,

I am trying to deploy RTC, RQM and RRC v3.0.1.2 and v4.0 M5 onto WAS v7 and DB2. When I get to the step where I need to go through the initial setup:

I am getting errors in the browser which translate into not being able to configure the public URI because elements in the page are not rendered.

Upon a closer inspection of what is going on, the errors that are thrown by the system are:

Has anyone encountered this issue? What would the origin be? And what is the solution to correct it and continue with the setup?
