Please reference the readme.html file shipped with the LoadRunner adapter, which (as of QM 3.0.1.2) states:
The Adapter works with the following versions of HP LoadRunner software: v 9.1 and v 9.51.

To view this yourself, visit the QM 3.0.1.2 download page and click the download link for "Rational Quality Manager Execution Tool Adapter for HP LoadRunner". Unzip the downloaded file and open readme.html in a web browser.

I added you as a subscriber to the following work item, which is tracking this for possible implementation in a future release: Enhancement 54146 - Support for LoadRunner 11 from within RQM to execute scripts.
