RTC - Project template
In RTC, can you create a project template which will incorporate all the current work items in a particular project? We are looking for a way to use a current RTC project to use as a template and create new project based on this project that will also create the work itemas as well. Something that is simliar to RRC where the project template can create RRC artifacts, but instead of artifact, create work items?

The work items that are created automatically when you can a new project area are part of the process template (slightly different terminology to RRC - process template not project template). You could create a process template and add in those work items directly into - would that help? regards anthony |

The way to store work item information in your RTC process template (RTC
has process templates, not project templates) is to create a work item template in the project area containing the desired work items, and then create a process template from that project area.
