Register applications: QM is found but CCM and RM not

I just installed a new instance of the 3.0.1 JTS with all default applications QM, CCM and RM. After the installation I started the setup wizard using the URL: https://myserver:9443/jts/setup
There I have to register the applications, but unfortunately only the QM is found. The other twos are not found. That is really weird, because I just used the default installation. Any hints what happened here?

After that I restarted the server and now RM and QM are recognized but not CCM. Weird behaviour. I'll just try if I'm lucky and will reboot again.
