How to subscribe oneself to multiple WI

man fire (7111210) | asked Nov 29 '11, 4:18 p.m.
We are migrating clients from one userid to another.

They want to subscribe their new id to all the WI subscribed to their old userid.

Can anyone please tell me a quick way to do this for RTC 2.0.0.2 IFXI1?

Right now the "Subscribed By" field doesn't appear as a column, if a query WI owned by certain user. I checked the Results Layout tab and there is no option available to add the in the results.

I am hoping for an option like in one click we can change all the WI owned by a user and assign it to another .

This is urgently required as the user's old id is expiring in a day.

Hi,

I am not aware of a mass subscription.

You can use the Web UI in 2.x (I treid with iFix6) to change the owner for multiple work items you queried.

I would suggest to archive the old user ID and create a query that returns the ones owned by him. You can change the owner to the new ID. Then you can create a query for the work items subscribed by that ID. You would have to go through those work items one by one, I think.
