RTC - Download attachment files from multiple work items
Dear All,
My customer reported as number of work items grow on their site, it became more difficult to keep track of individual work items.
My customer ultimately wants to be able to download attachment files from multiple work items.
eg. Choose all story assign to me and download all attached files
I understand there is no such function on current version of RTC at the moment. Is there any way to achieve such functionality?
Any plans to implement such function?
Thank you in advance

Is there a reason the customer isn't putting those files under source
control? Then it would be much easier and more efficient to download
sets of files.
Cheers,
Geoff
