Upgrade script fails at "CREATE SCHEMA DIAGNOSTICTESTS&

Both the db2diag and the upgrade log indicate that the user in question doesn't have the correct access rights. That seems odd to me as why would all the SQL up until that statement execute correctly if the user wasn't authorized? Prior to executing I ran the appropriate grant dbmadm to the user.

Interesting. I had upgraded DB2 from 9.5 to 9.7 on the target system before doing the upgrade. When I used 9.5 on both, the error doesn't appear. I'll try upgrading to 9.7 after the 3.0 migration.
