Execution Status report not displaying "Not Started&quo

When I run the "Execution Status by TER Count" report I get all the test cases with the different statuses (passed, failled, blocked, etc). However, there is nothing that shows me test cases that have not yet been executed (i.e. not started).

We don't have RRDI installed (Rational team will not install it) so the data collection jobs reports don't work.

Is there some way I can view "Not Started" test cases in a report form?

Hello.
Perhaps I misunderstand the question, but we do show the "Not Run" TERs.
They are the grey ones. Can you clarify?

"Not Run" Ters are not being displayed. That is the problem I am facing. All the other statuses display. Only "Not Run" is not incrementing.
