Slow connection to local RTC server in VMWare compared to Ja

Hi,

I am trying to connect from an Ipad to a local RTC server I have on my
laptop running in a VMWare.

From the Ipad, the connection to my local RTC server is very slow and
takes minutes to show a plan (sometimes more than 5 minutes).

I have also done the test to connect from the same Ipad to the RTC
Project Dashboard available in Jazz.net and it goes very fast!!!

Has anyone experienced the same problem? Do you know if there is
something "special" in RTC project dashboard connection to facilitate
connection from Ipad? Any suggestion to improve connection from Ipad?
Can it be related to the RTC running in a VMWare?
