changeset <-> workItem link missing workspace hint
A changeset from project area A was associated with a workitem in project area B. The link's reference to the changset returned null for ref.getExtraInfo() instead of the usual "Workspace=ABIGLONGGUID". Are there defined conditions where I can expect the workspace hint to be present?
