RTC connection break down because of CPU reached 100%

Hi,

We have migrated our CLM 3.0.1 on 64-bit windows server. Our configuration is next:

2 Intel processors with 2,67 GHz
8 GB RAM
Windows Server 2008 64-bit

Also, we have installed DB2 9.7 ESE for 64-bit and WAS 7.0 fixpack 7.0.0.19 also for 64-bit version.

As it is said in instructions, we set up maximum heap size to 4096 MB, but when we start to do anything at Jazz Team Server, it increases very fast, and for a few minutes, java.exe (was service) reaches 100% of CPU, and it slows down whole system.

Logs didn't notice some illogicalities or errors.

Any suggestion, any help would be appreciated, ASAP!

Regards,

Hi Matias,

Yes, I am using virtual machines...

In my case i was using VMWare, and although the server had 2 CPU, i had to manually set the number of CPUs for the VM (2). After i did this, the problem was solved.
