Hello,

Are there any ways to restrict editing of Work-item attributes to certain roles in RTC 3.0?

For example: I would like to restrict Estimate hours and Owner on a task work-item to Team Lead & PM roles.

Hi Bala,

you can use the Process configuration>Team configuration>Permissions on Save work Item to restrict which role can save changes to certain attributes, but this is across types. If your role can't modify the attribute for one type it can't modify it for others either.
