CQ connector sync rules

As we are using RTC 2.0 and CQ bridge option can be used with RTC 3.0 was trying to go through the route of using RTC CQ connector and was trying to install the sample out-of-box project given at the ibm

But i do not see synchronization seems to be working i do not see records created on CQ on RTC or vice-versa. Below is what i see on the cqconnector/gateway log any idea ? how can it be debugged ?
