About ClearCase Importer
1. The document asks us to do the step2, but where do I give this account to CC Importer? I figured out during the importing, it's using my current Windows login.
1. Configure a synchronization host.
2. Create a synchronization process ClearCase account.
3. Create a synchronization process Jazz account in the repository.
4. Add the synchronization process Jazz account to your team area.
2. During the importing process, how can I monitoring the progress?

You just log in as that user.
This is documented as step 1 in the help topic:
