Is it possible to run RAM with an alternative DB config?

Is it possible to set up and run RAM in the following situations?
-RTC and RAM DBs are on different servers and/or ports
-Different credetials are used for the DBs
-Different DB2 security mechanisms are used e.g., level 13

It does not appear possible to go through the RAM Setup application with these settings, but I'm not sure if that is just a limitation in the setup app or if it is simply not supported by RAM.

Some environment context:
AIX 5.3
DB2 9.5
WAS 6.1 (cluster + app server)
RAM 7.5.0.2

Setup already allows different sets of user credentials for the RAM database and RTC database.

Another option is , If you already have an existing RTC 2.0 server you could make Setup app use that server instead of installing the embedded RTC.
