RTC Jumpstart - Licensing
All,
With most Rational products, we have scripts or software that monitors:
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly usage
IDs - Who is currently logged in
IDs - Who logged in and how many times per month/year
This is all based on the FlexLM license they are using. We are looking on going forward with ALM, how are people getting license usage (instant) and license reports?

Hi,
RTC (RQM,RRC) provide a floating license option as well. If this usage model is chosen, one or more servers manage the floating licenses. Then these servers also provide monitoring/reporting capabilities on license usage.
