Is it possible to deliver a change set from the web inteface?
I have looked at several posts concerning deliveries, and it looks like this is a new functionatlity of version 3.0, whereas it was not available in version 2.0.
Is it true?
A customer I am supporting needs this functionality, as they don't use the eclipse GUI and don't want to replicate manually tha changes on each stream

It's a feature since 2.0.0.2. You go to a stream and edit the content directly. When saving the changes, it will create a change set and deliver it.
