Noob Question - Maximo

Does RAM offers the same functionality as maximo(ibm) ? Can they be syncronized? I've been researching but i don't have a machine able to test this applications yet.

RAM manages software deliverable (not hardware / licensing or configuration management).

RAM, from ITIL (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_Technology_Infrastructure_Library) prospective, serves as a DSL and can integrate with Maxmimo applications like CCMDB (see http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ramhelp/v7r5m0/topic/com.ibm.ram.doc/topics/t_int_ccmdb_dml.html).
