We would like to include a link to a web page whenever someone creates a story. I know that I can do it by creating a work item template that has a link in a field, (e.g. Description), but what I want to do is set it up so that people don't have to use a work item template to create the work item.

I tried adding the reference in the label for a field, but this didn't work as the text is display-only.

We are using RTC version 2, which I think means that we can't use the default attribute that is available in version 3.
