Project are not found

I am fancing some issues related to open the delegated UI related to defect creation. The issue seems to be related to the space character in the project area name. Basically, I receive the following error message: "No project area 'JKE+Banking' found if I don't authenticate before. I did some tests using firefox:
1. I logged in RTC, in a new tab I tried to access using the following URLs (in blue are the difference between them):
https://tsrmvcell10.tivlab.raleigh.ibm.com:9443/ccm/oslc/contexts/_9Iv1Ig0HEeCwXfgYxtXqgQ/modules/com.ibm.team.workitem.WICreationDialog?projectAreaName=JKE Banking

2. Without being logged in, in a new tab I tried to access using the URLs above and none of them worked. I mean, I always receive the message error after informing the username/password (As I am not logged in, when I try to open these URLs, I receive the welcome page to inform username/password. As soon as I hit OK, I receive the error message).
According to my understand, it seems to be an issue in the RTC code because this error only happens if I am not logged in. Have you seen it before?
My env: RTC 3.0
