How opening RAM Lifecycle project area to modify WF with RTC

I'm trying to use the Rational Team Concert Eclipse client to modify an existing workflow of a RAM lifecycle... I think that the information provided with the help inline is not clear (in particular if you do not have skills on the administrative aspects related with Jazz environments)...

I'm referring to the following section: Administering > Administering Rational Asset Manager > Administering a community > Defining review processes > Creating custom lifecycle processes

The provided procedure does not clearly explain (step 2) how accessing the RAM Lifecycle project area which is used to manage the lifecycles for RAM (I actually opened the similar Process Template view!). Here my notes:

a. Use the Work Items perspective
b. Right-click on RAM Lifecycle and select Open from the menu (no double-click!)
