which version of RQM you used?
In RQM 2.0, the RQM manages the workitem based requirement, it doesn't support the delete but archived.
From RQM 3.0, we merge the workitem based requirement to RRC, it support the delete.
Dashboards and work items are no longer publicly available, so some links may be invalid. We now provide similar information through other means.
