Scenario is that we have a Project Area with a number of teams below.
Because an Incident can be raised and initially assigned to Team A then to Team B, we would want to only see members of Team A showing in the Owned By field at 1st then members of Team B when it is reassigned.
We have not linked the teams to the WI categories as 1 category could be assigned to separate teams.

This is on RTC 3.0

We have attempoted to use the value list provideras described in http://jazz.net/library/article/537 but can only assign to one role and therefore 1 team on the field.

We looked to add a dependancy on the Team area but that attribute was not listed
