Hi,

Can I know how does RTC manage multiple time zones, assuming we have distributed development teams working in different timezones? I read that some version control tool does not manage multiple timezones well.

You would need to clarify what you mean by "manage well". In
particular, what scenario are you concerned by, and what behavior would
you like the SCM system to display in those scenarios?
