Reinstalling RTC 3.0 - "ccm" Not Registering

We are trying move our RTC 3.0 implementation to a new server. We were successful in moving our associated Oracle Database. I tried installing RTC 3.0 and ran in to some problems. I therefore used Installation Manager to uninstall it and then I deleted the .../JazzTeamServer directory. I then proceeded to reinstall RTC 3.0 using "setup" but this time it would not alow me to enter the same new "admin" username and it would also not let me register "ccm". I brought up JTS and tried going to "ccm" but it gave me the following error"
"This application needs to be registered with a Jazz Team Server to function correctly. To proceed, use the Setup Wizard located on the Jazz Team Server (For example: https://servername.domain.com:9443/jts/setup)." I tried this and got the error : "ID CRJAZ1726E ... Request for discovery document at https://servername.mydomain.com:9443/ccm returned status code 302 with response body ""
Its almost like it has the information from the previous install still loaded. When you remove RTC using IM, and remove the JazzTeamServer dir, what else do you need to do to get a "clean" RTC 3.0 install? Or what am I doing wrong?

This might be a bit late - but you probably should have used "repotools export" to create a tar file of your database, and then preserved your app server settings too.

How did you "move" your database, and what app server are you using?
