No such feature exists

Luis Florez (111) | asked Jan 27 '11, 11:36 a.m.
HI, I have Rational Asset Manager, Rational requisite Pro and the license server all installed in the same computar, my licenses expired on january 15 and I got new Licenses, requisite pro works fine but rational asset manager gives me the "No such feature exists" in my dasboard and in communities all i can see is assets.
In the license server i have:

-IBM Rational Asset Manager Standard Edition Authorized User License
-IBM Rational Asset Manager Standard Srv Floating License Key

Do I have the wrong licenses? or is it a config problem?

Hi,

What version of RAM?

Did you restart RAM after updating the license server?

Go to your license server and verify that the two RAM licenses are
actually installed.

Also be careful when installing licenses. I found that with the Rational
License server that the license keys file that you Import must be all of
the keys that you want. If you try to import one set of keys and then
import again a second set of keys the first set of keys will be thrown
away. They need to be all in the same file for importing.

Did you assign yourself the Authorized license?

Are you configured to be in "Standard" mode and not "Enterprise" mode?
