Can I modify the plan filter?

Hi:
When I view the Planned Items tab in a backlog, there is a way to filter out certain items:
Assigned Items
Empty Groups
Estimated Items
Execution Items
Items from Sub-It
Items from Sub-T
Planned Items
Resolved Items
Unchanged Items
Can I add something to this list?
Background:
Provide the ability to not see technical stories in a plan backlog. This is helpful for PO's who don't
care about the technical aspects of implementation for the stories when they are planning/ranking.
Possible solutions:
1. Add a new field to a story that marks the story as a technical story.
Investigate if we can create a new checkbox to exclude stories that are technical when viewing a plan.
2. Create a new release backlog called "Release 1.0 Technical" and associate it with a new iteration.
Mark all technical stories as Planned for that new backlog.
Make relationships between stories and their corresponding technical stories (either with
depends on or parent/child relationships).
3. Create an additional priority level, called "technical". It can be above or below Unassigned.
When a sprint backlog is viewed, the technical stories appear lower than all L,M,H stories.
