In our RAM 7202 test fix 6, I want to download an asset which includes a zip file size is 1.6M.

But after I click "Download Asset",
1) Sometimes download goes in process, however its either fails or only some part of the zip file is downloaded.
2) Sometimes the download is success fully completed however, while extraction the error message shows -"The archive is unknown format or damaged"


Is the 1.6M for Asset artifact is too large to download? Thanks.

Hi,

A 1.6Meg file is a trivial size. That wouldn't be considered large.
There must be some other problems. Take a look at the RAM logs and see
if any errors were generated.
