Rational Requirements Composer 3.0 Beta2a now available!

We are pleased to announce that IBM Rational Requirements Composer 3.0 Beta2a is now available for download. Beta2a includes many improvements over the previous beta and introduces some of the graphical artifact editing available in Requirements Composer 2.x. You can read more here:
