Can I customize subject in notification mail?

Is there a way to customize the subject line in emails sent from RTC, as notification on work item change?

As it is the subject starts with work item number for example

We have users that are member of several projects, and they want to be able to filter emails in their mailbox and put in different folders, depending on project area name. So is it possible to include project area name in subject, such that the user gets an email like below?
