is there a way to automatically add a whole Team as subcriber of any defect that will be open in the future, so they will recive a new mail each time a new defect is created/modified ?

The 85418 describes an enhancement to allow to set an Email notification to Group. Instead my problem is related also to a single individual: I would like that each time a new defect is opened by someone i will be automatically notified (also if i'm not the owner).
Is there a way to do that?
