Duration based planning in RTC v3

I'm using RTC v3 RC1.
When I make WBS with traditional planning feature, effort based planning is adopted.
Can we change the planning mode from effort based to duration based???

(effort based planning)
-each tasks(work items) must have effort hours for each resources
-task start/finish date will be calculated according to the effort of each tasks

(duration based planning)
-each tasks will have start/finish date
-task start/finish date will be calculated by each task's start/finish date and dependencies
-effort is not considered when calculating the date

*these two types of planning were supported by RPM(Rational Portfolio Manager) and MSP also supports similar feature.
