jts/admin page not launching

Hi,

I already configured RTC 3.0. But when I navigate to https://localhost:9443/jts/admin, the page is not displayed (i.e. page is blank).

I checked the jts.log, it has a message:

2010-11-08 17:15:41,020 INFO team.fulltext.service.internal.FullTextServiceImpl - CRJAZ8192I: Fulltext Index Location: C:\Program Files\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server\conf\jts\indices\workitemindex\fulltext_index
2010-11-08 17:15:41,020 INFO team.fulltext.service.internal.FullTextServiceImpl - CRJAZ8190I: The fulltext index should point to an absolute directory but is currently set to 'conf/jts/indices/workitemindex'

I looked for /workitemindex folder but it is not available under conf/jts/indices/.

Is this missing folder the cause of the admin page not being displayed properly?

Thanks!

HI

The INFO message should not cause this problem. It is just suggesting you are should look at providing an explicit path for the index files.

Try rebooting the machine you are using as a server and restart RTC and see if that helps.

hi anthony,

thank you for your reply. after restarting, i was able to create projects and users. but i get another entry in the jts log:

I check jts.log, I get a new set of error:

ERROR discovery.service.internal.ServiceRegistrationTask - CRJAZ1678E Error during service contribution registration from https://asgd02xxfcr001v.sgappstst.barclayscorp.com:9443/ccm/scr
com.ibm.team.repository.common.TeamRepositoryException: CRJAZ1670E Error updating service contributions for application 28548958-004f-4a4f-bf34-01cd894d8215 from https://asgd02xxfcr001v.sgappstst.barclayscorp.com:9443/ccm/scr

do you have an idea how to resolve this? many thanks!

regards,
joy
