Here's the scenario. We have a large backlog of stories. We don't want to create the tasks for the stories until we are actually doing the work.

What we would like to do is to have the ability to create a work item template that contains common tasks, and to be prompted for the "parent" work item when the template is used to create the work items.

Will this be possible in RTC 3?

Will I be able to specify any other fields/attributes that I wish to specify the values for at creation time?
