RTC-ClearCase bridge for ClearCase base vob?

Hi

From IBM's documentation, the current clearcase bridge only supports clearcase ucm projects. Can I ask is there any bridge for clearcase base vob, that is, to link the clearcase elements checked-in with a work item in rtc?

thanks

Yes, the RTC-ClearCase bridge in 3.0 has been enhanced to support base
ClearCase, i.e. links between ClearCase versions and a work item in RTC.
But you will need to update to the upcoming ClearCase 7.1.2 client to
get full functionality on the ClearCase side.

Cheers,
Geoff

Hi

Thank you for the reply. Does the 3.0 bridge work on RTC web client? That is, the users want to see the clearcase elements list related to a work item in the web browser. Is it implemented in RTC 3.0? Thanks

The 3.0 Bridge works in the Eclipse client (either using CCRC for web
views, or the CC SCM adapter for dynamic and snapshot views).

I need to import from a base ClearCase server running CC 7.1.1.6. Are you saying I need to upgrade my ClearCase to 7.1.2 or later to import from a base ClearCase system? We would rather avoid the upgrade

Thanks Mark
