In looking thru the code for the CQ gateway, it looks like the attachment transformer is only capable of actual file movement between systems.

in my case I do not want to do this. I only want to pass urls to the files stored on our SAN visible to all the teams.

I can't find any documented format of the attachment transformer input rules.

does this mean I have to write my own transformer?

also, I defined an attachment sync rule, and my connector gets called as expected..

the Content Attachment attribute appears to need specific setup..

This doesn't appear to be documented anywhere.. I also assume that Type is supposed to mean something, but there are no predefined values.
