Error in changesets

Hi,

I am facing an issue with changesets , its keep getting a error while deliver of change sets.The error is given below:

Permission Denied
You don't have permission to perform the following actions:
modify/stream/deliver/changesets

Any help would be highly appreciated ..

Your team/project area's permissions are preventing you from delivering the change set. Get someone with privs to modify the team area to add you as a team member, or to modify the source control permissions so that your role is allowed to deliver.
