It's not possible to link RRC requirements to RTC Work Itens

I have followed, sucessfully, all the steps presented in https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/CALMSmokeInstall

The "Implemented By..." option is available for me at the Links area of a RRC Requirement.
When I try to link the requirement to a work item, I can see the RTC project area linked to my RRC project in the "Project Areas" field.
However, it doesn't matter if I click in "Choose Existing" radio button or in "Create new" radio button, all I can see is a white box (below the radio buttons) with a "Loading..." message.
I wait for a long time, but nothing is loaded.
I can't create a Work Item or use a existing one!

Looking at the RRC's jazz.log, I see a lot of warns "- CRJZS5325W request did not specify an Accept header"

Can anyone help me? Please!

Which web browsers do you have installed on your client machine? I ask because there are problems with the integration if Internet Explorer 6 is installed, even if it is not the default browser. If you do have IE 6, installed then see if it is possible for you to upgrade to IE7 as this is the minimum support browser for IE.

If this is not the problem then the second thing to try is to ensure that in the various RTC and RRC Jazz application server advance properties that the "Public URI" and "Host Name" have values.

If these are set correctly then I am not sure.

Hi all,

we do have the extact described behaviour using RRC2.0 wqith RTC 2.0 and RQM 2.0.
We are able to link the artifacts from the web interface but not from the RRC Client.
The targetted project get displayed in a window the client asks us for credentials but freezes after that.
So we are not able to link artifacts from the RRC Client even if all of the tools are configured to the latest fixpack and that our browsers are the latest availale.
Please advise!

Cheers!

In regards to the credentials, if the OAuth, in the jazz servers have not been given permission as friends in both directions there can be problem where it is possible to create one-way but not the other. If in both the RTC and RRC servers there are authenticated friends to the other server in both directions then I am not sure as in RRC - the same authentication service is used for both the rich client and web client, so I don't know why the RRC web client would work and the RRC rich client not.

Please not that in RTC 2.0x it is only possible to link to RRC Collections as part of the web client and not the eclipse rich client - it was one of the limitations of 2.0x. Both RTC 3.0x clients now support this linking.
