New repository admin looking for advice on cleanup
I have recently been assigned the repository admin role for RAM and I would like to get some community advice. The repository had 32 communities which I have taken down to 24. I now need to go through the Asset Types and Category Schemas. Each community in the past was allowed to create their own taxonomy and I am seeing overlap and duplication across the board.
Any advice on other activities would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

... not easy way ...
Create the common type/s categories ... and use the search/filter (on communities/types) and do a bulk update (right top corner - modify these assets icon, on a search result page) and modify the type. Similarly on taxamomy. Problem/Consider what to do with the fact that movement will change lifecycles/reviews. |
