When I synchronize between RRC and ReqPro I find extra rich text characters in the requirements in ReqPro. How do these extra characters translate in the synchronzation between ReqPro and Quality Center. Does it require manual clean-up in Quality Center?
RQM will not change the extra characters when Synchronization.
I believe if you 'd like to see the extra characters, you have to clear them in the ReqPro.
