Hi

When I enter effort against a Work Item, RTC only notices 8 hrs as being one day. My project works 7 hour days, can RTC's understanding of this be updated somewhere?

Never mind, found it.

open Project Area --> Process Config tab --> Project configuration --> Configuration Data --> Planning --> Work Environment. THen alter Work Time Per Day.

Will obviously affect all plans under this Project Area.....
