To have RRC integrate with RequisitePro do we need to install ReqPro on the same server as RRC ?

If I have a seperate Reqpro Server installed and configured on a different machines Is the web url that I require ?

Suppose if the webinterface is not configured is the integration possible ?


No it is not necessary to install RequisitePro on the same server, the help provides instructions on integrating RequisitePro

Integrating -> Integrating Rational Requirements Composer and Rational RequisitePro

In the Edit RequisitePro Connection window, enter the URL of the RequisiteWeb server containing the project you want to integrate with. The format of the URL should be similar to http://<server_name>/ReqWeb. If a port number is required, use http://<server_name>:11080/ReqWeb. In some cases, the port may be modified to prevent port conflicts on the server.
